President Trump’s “peace sham” gives a green light to extensive Israeli annexations in the West Bank. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended its ceremonial presentation and hailed the plan. No Palestinian was present, and no Palestinian has endorsed it.

The same day the “deal” was announced, Netanyahu was formally indicted for three cases of corruption. On March 2, he faced his third election within a year, after failing to secure a parliamentary majority in the two previous ballots. The mainly Arab Joint List is now the third largest party in the Israeli Parliament.

- What do these developments mean for the future of the struggle for justice in Palestine/Israel?

- What do they mean for the future of Israeli politics and society?

- Does “the deal” change the status quo on the ground in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem?
